· Led coordination of multifaceted investment in pharmaceutical plants 
  between Ireland and USA.  Collected data on taxes, costs, logistics,
  markets and labor and developed financial model to maximize 
  return and to optimize product mix flexibility.  As a result, $20M will be
  invested over 4 years, beginning 1999.
· Assessed industry restructuring in global lithium metals market.
  Identified strategic weaknesses through competitive intelligence and 
  correctly predicted outcome of restructuring which helped establish a 
  new position early on.  Recommended alliance with other raw material 
  supplier and a strategic acquisition to integrate downstream.
· Evaluated alternate distribution scenarios for bulk chemicals structured
